Wish A Dish this October

I was invited for media tasting for Wish Dish campaign organised by 8 DAYS Eat at Nosh Restaurant. The campaign was brought back by the Make-A-Wish Foundation Singapore for the month-long October to encourage Singapore's leading restaurants, individuals and communities to help make a difference in the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions by giving them hopestrength and encouragement to help fight their illnesses.

This year, Make-A-Wish Foundation aims to raise at least $100,000 through the Wish Dish from the 30 participating restaurants including Nosh (where I was invited).  You can also contribute your part by ordering the Wish Dish at the participating restaurants and 50% of the Proceeds will go to the Foundation.

Starter: Smoked Tomato Soup or Truffle Mushroom Soup with toasted baguette
Main (Wish Dish): Caribbean Halibut topped with herb pesto, wild rice with golden raisins, sliced almonds and sauteed asparagus
Dessert: Toffee Date Cake with vanilla custard or Cheesecake
